Elidaima Jackson is a dedicated student at the University of Dar es Salaam, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Aquatic Science and Fisheries. Her studies focus on the production, harvesting, processing, and distribution of aquatic foods, including fish, seafood such as shrimp, prawns, and shellfish.
As an integral part of the broader food system, Elidaima is passionate about sustainable practices in aquatic food production and aims to contribute to the development of resilient and efficient food systems. Through her academic journey, she seeks to enhance her knowledge and skills to support sustainable fisheries and promote responsible consumption of aquatic resources.
