Mwanaasha Mshana

Mwanaasha Fares Mshana is a 22-year-old who volunteers as a Community Development Officer in Themi Ward, Arusha Region, while also engaging in small-scale entrepreneurship, including making liquid soap and decorating cakes. As a youth leader in the Arusha Food Systems Youth Leaders program, she has gained valuable knowledge about food systems and nutrition. Mwanaasha has had the opportunity to connect with fellow youth and hopes that this program continues to provide education to the community, especially in schools, as young people are the future of the nation. Additionally, she has successfully delivered nutrition education in schools, including Themi Primary School and Themi Secondary School.
