Harold Nakembetwa is a youth leader, sustainability advocate, and changemaker committed to transforming food systems in Tanzania. He advocates for stronger policies, innovation, and youth empowerment in agriculture.
With a background in Mechatronics and Materials Engineering, Harold integrates technology, agroecology, and waste management into food system solutions. His work includes developing an agroecology business model, leading Zero Waste initiatives, and organizing fruit tree planting campaigns to enhance food security and climate resilience.
Recognizing the link between nutrition, food systems, and mental well-being, he pushes for inclusive policies that promote sustainability and public health. Through advocacy, education, and grassroots action, Harold continues to inspire and mobilize youth for a food-secure future.
